Due to relocation all classes will be exclusively online through Zoom. These classes do not have the same structure as the live ones and are safe to participate. Designed for small spaces.
Ballet Workout is a body conditioning class inspired by ballet. Together we will strengthen and sculpt your body focusing on improving your posture, balance, flexibility and strength. Personalised corrections and modifications are provided in every class.
No previous ballet or dance experience required.
Ballet for Beginners/Improvers (ages 16+) is a non-syllabus lesson ideal for dancers with minimun experience of ballet or rusty returners. Each session starts with a warm up, followed by barre combinations, centre combinations, a short dance phrase, finishing with a cool down.
Improve your posture, flexibility, ballet technique and most importantly have fun!

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet (ages 16+) is a non-syllabus lesson ideal for experienced dancers (intermediate level), current and ex professional dancers or dance teachers. Continue your training, improve your ballet technique and challenge yourself. Personalised corrections and modifications according to the level of the attendants are provided in every class.
